In the final presentation of our LAHC Insights: Beyond COVID-19 series, we explored what school reopening might look like in practice.

If character education was not something you had not previously considered at your school, maybe it is time to do so after our Chair Louise Simpson presented on the topic as part of our LAHC Insights: Beyond COVID-19 series.

LAHC rebukes vehemently the actions of members of the police force of Minnesota that led to the senseless death of George Floyd, and all similar actions against minority and vulnerable groups across the world. We exhort all of our member schools to work proactively and tirelessly to recognise and respond to acts of individual and systematic discrimination and harassment of any kind, and to work on preventative strategies by educating their students and the members of their communities to do the same.
