St George’s College is a leading independent school in Argentina that provides a world-class education to some 1,400 students aged 2 to 18 across two sites, North and Quilmes.

The Schools provide a fully bilingual Spanish/English education that combines the academic rigour of the IB and IGCSEs with the national Argentine curriculum. St George’s College Quilmes is a bilingual,co-educational independent day and boarding school. It is situated in Quilmes, in the southern suburbs of Buenos Aires, on a stunning campus of 27 hectares with purpose-built buildings and ample playing fields. Since its founding, it has gained a reputation as one of the leading schools in Argentina. The approach at St George’s College is to improve how our students develop in every aspect of school life. Requirements
The following requirements and experience will be desirable:
An appropriate degree in educational leadership, or a related field.
An in depth knowledge of expected policies and procedures and a proven track record of their implementation at senior leadership level.

A track record of leading successful accreditation inspections.
Experience in international education, preferably in more than one country.
A track record of school improvement and strategic planning.


The following skills will be desirable:
The ability to motivate and inspire others: both colleagues and pupils.
The ability to work well in teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking.
A high degree of administrative efficiency .
Excellent IT skills.
The ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual setting.
Relevant teaching experience.

Initial interviews with the HR Team will take place via Meet conference call. Candidates invited to the final stage will be interviewed by the School Principal of St George’s College and members of the Board of Governors.
