At St. Nicholas, we are seeking a Head of Physical Education for our Pinheiros campus. The Head of PE is responsible for leading and developing the Physical Education and Sports department, formulating and implementing programs that promote health, well-being, and athletic excellence among students. This position requires strong leadership skills, experience in managing a team of educators and coaches, and a passion for fostering a positive and dynamic environment for physical education and sports.

Required Availability:
● Full-time position, including events at night.
● Availability on weekends, if necessary.
● Availability for occasional trips.

**Please note that occasional Saturday work may be required to support school programmes.**

● A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Sports
Management, or a related eld. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
● Previous experience as a Head of Physical Education is required.
● Proven experience in leadership and management of Physical Education or
Sports departments, preferably in an international educational
environment.
● Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative, high-quality
physical education and sports programs.
● Comprehensive knowledge of current theories, methodologies, and
practices in physical education, sports training, and athletic development.
● Relevant certications or qualications in rst aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary
resuscitation), and sports safety techniques are desirable.
● Strong understanding of the principles of student well-being and safety in
physical and sporting activities.
● Advanced or uent English. Additional languages are a plus.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
● Strong organizational and event management abilities.
