Qualifications
Essential
Fully qualified teacher, with either:
B.Ed. or equivalent; or
First degree plus post-graduate qualification in teaching.
Experience
Desirable
Leadership and management training.
Master’s in Education or similar.
Previous pastoral experience as a class tutor

A minimum of eight years teaching experience.
Able to demonstrate success in school leadership and change management.
Experience with Project Based Learning
Experience with international Secondary curricula, ideally including IGCSE and
IB Diploma.
Evidence of success in: building, leading, motivating and developing teams and
individuals; and managing performance according to KPIs.
Experience in monitoring and improving learning at a school level.

Experience in working with learning support to meet the needs of all students.
