Primary Coordinator Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Education.
 Minimum three years of experience working as a Primary Coordinator.
 General knowledge of the Peruvian educational system.
 Familiarity with the philosophy and principles of the International Baccalaureate and its
programs.
 Experience with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP).
 Experience working with students with learning needs (not mandatory).
 Strong leadership, teamwork, assertive communication, decision-making, and ability to work under pressure.
 English proficiency: Native
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Workspace, and Google Suite.
 Knowledge and use of various educational digital resources.
